We chose this name because we want everyone around the Bay Area to experience that same “FIN” feeling through our authentic Thai flavors and atmosphere

FIN is a deeply personal concept that celebrates Chef Kobe's coastal heritage and the culinary artistry found in his hometown of Phetchaburi in Thailand.

The word FIN itself is derived from an expression in Thai that translates into a sense of euphoria.

While offering a menu that highlights the unfiltered flavors he craved from his upbringing in Phetchaburi, simultaneously Chef Kobe also wants his guests to experience night of euphoric moments and memories.
